01

Scope of this policy

MusicPoster is a private, operator-controlled application operated by Scenecore Music Lab. It schedules and publishes authorized music media to accounts managed by its sole operator. It is not a public account service and does not accept registrations from other users.

This website is informational only. It does not run MusicPoster, receive OAuth credentials, or have access to the operator's channels, computer, media files, or private network.

02

Platform access requested

MusicPoster may request the following access when enabled:

  • Meta: pages_show_list, pages_read_engagement, pages_manage_posts, instagram_basic, and instagram_content_publish to identify an operator-managed Facebook Page and linked Instagram Professional account and publish Reels to them.
  • Google/YouTube: youtube.upload and youtube.readonly to identify the selected channel and upload approved videos and metadata.
  • TikTok: user.info.basic and either video.upload or video.publish to identify the selected creator and upload a draft or publish a video, according to the configured mode.

MusicPoster does not request contacts, private messages, advertising profiles, passwords, unrelated files, or platform data unrelated to these publishing functions.

03

Data processed and why

The local application may process:

  • account, channel, Page, and Instagram Professional identifiers;
  • display names and usernames used to confirm the destination;
  • OAuth access and refresh credentials, scopes, and expiry times;
  • a Telegram bot token and private chat identifier when notifications are connected;
  • operator-provided videos, captions, titles, schedules, and settings;
  • remote media identifiers, URLs, processing states, and errors; and
  • notification delivery identifiers and results.

This information is used only to connect the selected account, validate the intended destination, perform operator-configured publishing, report results, recover safely from failures, and prevent accidental duplicate uploads. MusicPoster does not sell this data, use it for advertising, or build user profiles.

04

Operator control and automation

The operator supplies the media and metadata, connects each destination, reviews the queue, and explicitly enables live posting. Once enabled, the private scheduler may publish due items without another interactive confirmation. YouTube uploads additionally require a payload-bound approval. MusicPoster does not publish to an unconnected destination and the public website exposes no publishing controls.

05

Storage and security

Credentials, connection records, schedules, and upload results are stored on an operator-controlled device with operating-system access restrictions. They are not sent to or stored by this website. MusicPoster does not operate a public cloud database for connected account data.

The website has no sign-in, forms, analytics, advertising, tracking pixels, or non-essential cookies. Its hosting provider may process ordinary request data such as IP address and user agent for delivery, security, and abuse prevention under its own policies.

06

Sharing and transfer

Data is transmitted only to the platform selected by the operator as needed to authenticate, upload media, publish content, query processing status, or send a notification. MusicPoster does not disclose connected account data to advertisers, data brokers, or unrelated third parties. Each platform processes information under its own terms and privacy policy.

07

Retention, deletion, and revocation

Credentials are retained locally while an account remains connected. Connection metadata and upload results are retained as needed to show history, diagnose failures, and avoid duplicate publication. Source media and operator-authored schedules are not platform-derived data.

The operator can disconnect a service and remove its local credentials at any time. Platform access can also be revoked from the relevant Meta, Google, or TikTok account settings. Disconnecting does not delete content already published on a platform. Detailed commands and the deletion-request procedure are available on the Data Deletion page.

08

Policy changes

This policy may be updated when MusicPoster's functionality, connected-platform requirements, or legal obligations change. The effective date on this page identifies the current version.
